The Nijolė ir Jonas Dėdinai competition for pianists
The Nijolė and Jonas Dėdinai competition for pianists took place for the first time in 2016. The competition is initiated and annual prizes are awarded by the foundation of Nijolė and Jonas Dėdinai, famous Lithuanian emigrants. The foundation seeks to promote and support young Lithuanian pianists. Students of the bachelor‘s and master‘s programs of the LMTA Piano Department can participate in the competition. The annual prize fund of the competition is 3000 Eur. The competition is organized by the LMTA Piano Department.
